Pioneer Machine, Inc. is a manual machine shop with digital readout equipment that specializes in manual machining of one-of-kind parts.  Pioneer also manufactures and assembles machinery from hand sketches to CAD drawings. Pioneer Machine can manufacture to customer specifications. We offer all types of welding including brazing, TIG, MIG, silver soldering, and plasma cutting. We fabricate in stainless steel, aluminum, H.R. steel, C.R. steel, bronze, brass, and alloys.

Pioneer Machine specializes in hydraulic cylinders and repairs. We carry one of the largest inventory of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, honed hydraulic tubing, chrome plated rod, and hydraulic cylinder packing and kits of any machine shop in Central Maine. Pioneer Machine also carries a large inventory of hose and fittings.

Pioneer Machine’s capabilities also include the production of marine parts such as fabrication of rudders and various boat parts, and repair of propellers and shafts.
